Ticket terms
These terms cover tickets bought on this website for events at Northern Quarter, 28-30 Wood Street, Huddersfield HD1 1DU.
Who you're buying from
Every event has an organiser, named on its page. For events Northern Quarter puts on itself, and events it runs for another organiser (their page says "Run by Northern Quarter"), you're buying from Northern Quarter Events CIC. For any other organiser's event, you're buying from that organiser, and the payment goes to them. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card details.
Prices and fees
The price you see is the price you pay: there are no booking fees. For pay-what-you-feel tickets, you choose the amount, as long as it's at least the minimum shown.
Your ticket
Your ticket comes by email, with a QR code that's scanned on the door. Each code lets in the number of people on the ticket, once, so keep it to yourself.
If an event is cancelled
Everyone who bought a ticket is refunded in full, automatically, to the card they paid with.
Other refunds
If you can't make it, or an event changes, refunds are up to the event's organiser. Email us and we'll pass your request on.
On the door
Tickets on the door are card only. Some events have an age limit, shown on the event's page. We follow Challenge 21 at the bar: if you look under 21, we'll ask for ID. We don't tolerate drugs or weapons, and we may refuse entry to anyone who puts other people at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you bought your ticket is the one that applies to it.
